Land Act Article 10
All land lying within the territorial limits of the Republic of China shall belong to the Chinese people as a whole. Any part of the land whereof the ownership is lawfully acquired by an individual Chinese shall be private land.Any land whereof private ownership is extinguished shall be owned by the State.

中華民國領域內之土地，屬於中華民國人民全體，其經人民依法取得所有權者，為私有土地。
