Enforcement rules on the implementation of commercial group act Article 46

The amendments of commercial groups in accordance with Article 74 of the act should be reported to competent authorities for review.Commercial groups amend provisions and increase the number of directors and supervisors in accordance with Article 74 of the act, the office term of increased directors and supervisors by-elected before the expiration of the former directors and supervisors expire at the same date of these former directors and supervisors.
