Enforcement rules on the implementation of commercial group act Article 33

Initiators of provincial league of commercial trade councils submit requisition, scroll of initiators and copies of registration certificates to Ministry of the Interior for check and approval and establish provincial league of commercial trade councils in accordance with Article 41 of the act.The above-mentioned prescriptions also apply to national league of commercial trade councils established in accordance with Article 42 of the act.
