Enforcement rules on the implementation of commercial group act Article 23
Commercial trade council should inform the representatives of its members of general meeting and report to competent authorities to ask for personnel to attend the meeting in accordance with Article 28 of the act, declaring the type, date, locale of meeting, submitting agenda of the meeting; when the meeting affairs concerns purpose enterprise, commercial trade council may report to purpose enterprise competent authorities to ask for personnel to attend the meeting.The relevant prescriptions in article 28 of the act also apply to meetings of council or board of supervisors.

商業同業公會召集會員（代表）大會，依本法第二十八條通知會員及報請主管機關派員列席時，應載明會議種類、時間、地點，並附送會議議程。
其議事涉及目的事業者，並得報請目的事業主管機關派員列席。
舉行理事會議或監事會議，必要時得準用前項之規定。
