Cooperatives Act Article 52
The cooperative affairs meeting shall be convened by the board of directors; and the chairperson shall be elected by and from the directors and supervisors.A cooperative affairs meeting may be opened only with the attendance of two thirds of all the directors and supervisors, and a resolution requires the consent of more than a half of the present directors and supervisors. The clerks and technicians may attend the meeting as non-voting delegates to present their opinions.

社務會由理事會召集之，其主席由理事、監事互選之。
