Cooperatives Act Article 47
Where necessary, the board of directors may call extraordinary meetings of the general meeting of members. With the consent of more than one fourth of the members, a written application marked with the proposed topics and the causes may be submitted to request the board of directors to call an extraordinary temporary meeting of the general meeting of members.If the board of directors doesn’t give a notice for calling the extraordinary meeting within ten days after the application as referred to in the above paragraph has been submitted, the members may call the meeting by themselves after having reported to the competent authority.

理事會於必要時，得召集臨時社員大會，社員全體四分之一以上，亦得以書面記明提議事項及其理由，請求理事會召集臨時社員大會。
