Cooperatives Act Article 25
The reserves shall be deposited in credit cooperatives or other reliable banks with the resolution of the general meeting of members.Where the reserves is more than fifty percent of the total shares, the excessive proportion may be used to operate the cooperative with the resolutions of the general meeting of members.

公積金應經社員大會之決定，存儲於信用合作社或其他殷實銀行。
公積金超過股金總額百分之五十時，其超過部分，經社員大會議決，得用以經營合作社業務。
