The perennial membership dues paid to the national leagues of industrial boards of trade stipulated in Article 43 of the act should be incorporated into annual budget by its affiliated group members and calculated according to the amount of annual budget.Each group member of the national leagues of industrial boards of trade should report its annual budget to competent authorities for check and approval and then report the annual budget to national leagues of industrial boards of trade for file and future reference.

依本法第四十三條向全國工業同業公會聯合會繳納之常年會費，應由其所屬團體會員編入年度預算書，並以年度決算金額為準結算之。
前項年度預決算書，各團體會員應於報經主管機關核備後，報請該聯合會存查。
