Industrial Group Act Article 22
The chairperson of the directors must be resident in R.O.C. and he must be of R.O.C. nationality.At least two thirds of directors, supervisors, standing directors and standing supervisors must be of R.O.C. nationality with residences in P.R.C. respectively.
