工業同業公會之發起組織，應報經主管機關許可；籌備及成立時，均須報請主管機關派員指導或監選，並將章程、會員及會員代表名冊、職員簡歷冊，報請主管機關備案。
前項章程、會員及會員代表名冊、職員簡歷冊，由主管機關轉送同級目的事業主管機關備查。
