Law:: Regulations on Election and Recall in Civil Associations
Chinese:: 人民團體選舉罷免辦法第3條

Except for the provisions of Articles 23 and 24, the election or recall in civil associations shall be organized by assembly at the same place.The election or recall in civil associations shall not be organized in foreign countries, mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau.

人民團體之選舉或罷免除第二十三條及第二十四條規定外，應於同一地點以集會方式辦理。
人民團體之選舉或罷免，不得於國外、大陸地區、香港或澳門辦理。
