Regulations on Election and Recall in Civil Associations Article 25

After voting ends in the election or recall in civil associations, votes shall be counted on the spot, and the chairperson or a person designated by the chairperson shall announce the result of the election or recall.When members (member representatives) of civil associations attending the election or recall find that the election or recall violates the laws and regulations or the constitutions of civil associations or the election and recall regulations formulated by their associations, they shall propose to the chairperson or host on the spot or lodge a written objection with the associations within fifteen (15) days from the date of announcement of the result of the election or recall.After accepting the complaint referred to in the preceding paragraph, civil associations shall investigate within fifteen (15) days and reply the result of the investigation in writing to the members (member representatives). If the disputes remain unsettled, the members (member representatives) may bring a lawsuit to the court.
