Civil Associations Act Article 9
After the application for establishment of a civil association is approved, an initiators’ meeting shall be called to elect committee members to organize a preparation committee, and an establishment conference shall be held after the preparation is finished.To call a meeting of the preparation committee and the inaugural meeting, a notice shall be given to the competent authority, and the competent authority may send personnel to attend the meetings as non-voting delegates.

人民團體經許可設立後，應召開發起人會議，推選籌備委員，組織籌備會，籌備完成後，召開成立大會。
