Civil Associations Act Article 52
The Ministry of the Interior shall set a party advisory committee to review the punishment made on parties.The party advisory committee shall be composed of just persons, and the number of committee members who come from the same party may not exceed one half of the total number; the organization of the committee shall be prescribed by the Ministry of the Interior.
