Enforcement Statute for Substitute Services Article 51
The operating procedures for relief, and medical care for male citizens in the Substitute Services, judgment of death, mental and physical disability, payment and claim for benefits shall be proposed by the competent authorities (i.e., the Ministry of the Interior) and approved by the Executive Yuan (the Cabinet).
