Enforcement Statute for Substitute Services Article 47
A beneficiary of an insured of a male citizen in the Substitute Services oriented general insurance forfeits the insurance benefit if:1. Forfeiting or renouncing the Republic of China nationality.2. Receiving a final, irrevocable court judgment with jail term following the commission of sedition, internal disorders after the Period of Communication Rebellion was announced terminated.3. Having willfully caused death to the insured.4. Having failed to exercise the right to receive a payment within ten years from the day when the benefit becomes payable.

替代役役男一般保險之保險受益人，有下列情形之一者，喪失其領受保險給付權利：
一、喪失中華民國國籍。
二、動員戡亂時期終止後，曾犯內亂、外患罪，經判刑確定。
三、故意致被保險人於死。
四、自通知保險給付之日起，逾十年不行使。
