Terms for mental and physical disability benefits of the male citizens in the Substitute Services oriented general insurance are as follows:1. Mental and physical disability in line of duty:(1) Grade 1: 36 payment units(2) Grade 2: 24 payment units(3) Grade 3: 16 payment units(4) Critical degree malfunction: 8 payment units.2. Mental and physical disability resulting from disease or accidents:(1) Grade 1: 30 payment units(2) Grade 2: 20 payment units(3) Grade 3: 12 payment units(4) Critical degree malfunction: 6 payment units.

替代役役男一般保險之身心障礙給付規定如下：
一、因公致身心障礙：
（一）一等：給付三十六個基數。
（二）二等：給付二十四個基數。
（三）三等：給付十六個基數。
（四）重度機能障礙：給付八個基數。
二、因病或意外致身心障礙：
（一）一等：給付三十個基數。
（二）二等：給付二十個基數。
（三）三等：給付十二個基數。
（四）重度機能障礙：給付六個基數。
