Enforcement Statute for Substitute Services Article 43
The insurance benefits for the male citizens in the Substitute Services oriented general insurance include death benefit and mental and physical disability benefit. Both of which shall be calculated on the grounds of the amount of insurance unit prevalent in the month in which the insured runs into the incident.The death benefit, handicap benefit or family dependents funeral benefit referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be calculated on the grounds of the amount of insurance unit prevalent in the month in which the insured or his family dependent runs into the incident.The deficiency for the insurance benefits prescribed in the first paragraph, if any, shall be made good by the national treasury.

替代役役男一般保險給付項目包括死亡給付、身心障礙給付及眷屬喪葬津貼。
前項死亡給付、身心障礙給付或眷屬喪葬津貼，以被保險人或其眷屬事故發生月份之保險基數金額為標準計算之。
第一項保險給付如有短絀，應由國庫撥補。
