Enforcement Statute for Substitute Services Article 36
A beneficiary shall forfeit the relief pay if:1. Renouncing of forfeiting the Republic of China nationality.2. Receiving a final, irrevocable court judgment with jail term following commission of sedition, internal disorders after the Period of Communication Rebellion was announced terminated.3. Deprived of civil rights for life.4. Deceased.5. His widow or widowed wife of his son remarries.6. He proves still living with certificate in case of relief pay granted for his missing.

撫卹受益人，具有下列情形之一者，喪失其領受撫卹金之權利：
一、喪失中華民國國籍者。
二、動員戡亂時期終止後，曾犯內亂、外患罪，經判刑確定者。
三、褫奪公權終身者。
四、死亡者。
五、死者配偶或寡媳再婚者。
六、因失蹤受卹，經證明並未死亡者。
