Charge Standards for Nationality Fees Article 2
The fees for the Nationality Permit Certificate and the Nationality Certificate granted and issued by the Ministry of the Interior are charged as follows:(1) Permit Certificate of Naturalization: NT$ 1,200 each.(2) Permit Certificate of Nationality Loss: NT$ 1,200 each.(3) Permit Certificate of Nationality Restoration: NT$ 1,200 each.(4) ROC Nationality Certificate: NT$ 1,000 each.For those who apply abroad for the proof of loss of nationality or the Nationality Certificate, the fees for the Permit Certificate of Nationality Loss indicated in the preceding paragraph are charged at USD 50 each. The fees for the Nationality Certificate are charged at USD 45 each.

內政部核發國籍許可證書、國籍證明規費收費數額如下：
一、歸化國籍許可證書：每張收費新臺幣一千二百元。
二、喪失國籍許可證書：每張收費新臺幣一千二百元。
三、回復國籍許可證書：每張收費新臺幣一千二百元。
四、中華民國國籍證明：每張收費新臺幣一千元。
於國外申請喪失國籍或核發國籍證明者，前項喪失國籍許可證書規費每張收費美金五十元，國籍證明規費每張收費美金四十五元。
