Nationality Act Article 18
A person who has restored the nationality of the R.O.C. has no right to hold the government offices provided in the Subparagraphs of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 within three years from the date of restoration of the nationality. However, if otherwise provided by another act, the provisions of that act shall prevail.

回復中華民國國籍者，自回復國籍日起三年內，不得任第十條第一項各款公職。
