Enforcement Rules of the Name Act Article 9

The credentials for applying for a real/legal name alteration in accordance with Article 10 of the Act are as follows:1. Where the application is made in accordance with Subparagraph 1, the certificate carrying the real/legal name.2. Where the application is made in accordance with Subparagraph 2, the monk or nun identity certificate, or the certificate of restoration to the laity.3. Where the application is made in accordance with Subparagraph 3, the certificate issued by the organization where the person works.
