Household Registration Act Article 83

Except for Articles 10, 26, 45, and 69, which are executed starting from May 23, 2008, Item 6 of Subparagraph 1 of Article 4, Article 12, Paragraph 2 of Article 35, Paragraph 4 of Article 48 about Assistance Registration shall come into force as stipulated by the Executive Yuan, the rest shall come into force from the date of promulgation.The amended provisions of this Act come into force from the date of promulgation.
