Household Registration Act Article 51
A National Identification Card (hereinafter referred to as a National ID Card) represents one person's identity and is effective throughout the country.The Household Certificate should contain current household registration records within the household under the same household head and list all the members within the household. The head of the household should be listed in the first column.
