Household Registration Act Article 4
Household registration as used herein shall mean the following registrations:1. Registrations of personal status:(1) Birth registration(2) Registration of parentage(3) Adoption and adoption termination registration(4) Marriage and divorce registration(5) Registration of legal guardianship(6) Assistance registration(7) Registration of exercising responsibility for the rights and obligations of minor children(8) Registration of death and presumption of death(9) Registration of Indigenous status and tribe group2. Initial household registrations3. Registrations of movement:(1) Moving-out registration(2) Moving-in registration(3) Address alteration registration4. Household separation (combination) registration5. Birth place registration6. Registration according to other laws

戶籍登記，指下列登記：
一、身分登記：
（一）出生登記。
（二）認領登記。
（三）收養、終止收養登記。
（四）結婚、離婚登記。
（五）監護登記。
（六）輔助登記。
（七）未成年子女權利義務行使負擔登記。
（八）死亡、死亡宣告登記。
（九）原住民身分及民族別登記。
二、初設戶籍登記。
三、遷徙登記：
（一）遷出登記。
（二）遷入登記。
（三）住址變更登記。
四、分（合）戶登記。
五、出生地登記。
六、依其他法律所為登記。
