Mortuary Service Administration Act Article 13
Funeral homes shall include the following facilities:1.Freezing chambers2.Corpse disposal facilities3.Dissection room4.Disinfection facilities5.Waste (sewage) water treatment facilities6.Bier room7.ceremony halls and mourning halls8.Grief counseling room9.Service centers and lounge for the families10.Public health facilities11.Emergency power supply facilities12.Parking spaces13.Outreach roads14.Other facilities that shall be established in accordance with the law.

一、冷凍室。
二、屍體處理設施。
三、解剖室。
四、消毒設施。
五、廢（污）水處理設施。
六、停柩室。
七、禮廳及靈堂。
八、悲傷輔導室。
九、服務中心及家屬休息室。
十、公共衛生設施。
十一、緊急供電設施。
十二、停車場。
十三、聯外道路。
十四、其他依法應設置之設施。
