Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and Recall Act Article 93
Whoever removes their ballot for an election or recall from the polling station shall be sentenced to a fixed term of imprisonment or penal servitude of not more than one year or shall be imposed a fine of not more than NT$15,000.Whoever causes a disturbance or pressures others to vote or not vote within thirty meters of a polling station and who continue to do so after being warned by security personnel shall be sentenced to a fixed term of imprisonment or penal servitude of not more than one year, or shall be imposed a fine of not more than NT$15,000.

將領得之選舉票或罷免票攜出場外者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科新臺幣一萬五千元以下罰金。
在投票所四周三十公尺內，喧嚷、干擾或勸誘他人投票或不投票，經警衛人員制止後仍繼續為之者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科新臺幣一萬五千元以下罰金。
