Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and Recall Act Article 88

Whoever commits any offense specified in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 84, Paragraph 1 of Article 86, or any subparagraph of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article for personal gain shall be sentenced to a fixed term of imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than ten year and shall be imposed a fine of not less than NT$1,000,000 and not more than NT$10 million.Any attempt to commit any offense specified in the preceding paragraph shall also be punished.
