The outstanding contribution table shall be filed by the Office of the President and the Honorary Deeds Review Committee, as well as by the competent Yuan and the preliminary review authority if the competent Yuan proposes or the preliminary review authority forwards the application for a government functionary.The format of the outstanding contribution table shall be determined additionally.

勳績事實表一存總統府，一存稽勳委員會，其係公務人員由主管院審議提出或經初審機關核轉者，並須分存於主管院或初審機關。
