Enforcement Rules of the Praise and Commendation Act Article 5
For the purpose of Article 2.4 of this Act, the initiation of cultural and educational undertakings refers to the initiation of non-profit schools, libraries, museums, art galleries, social and educational centers, folk museums, science centers, sports venues, and other educational and cultural undertakings by a private person or organization.

本條例第二條第四款所稱興辦教育文化事業，係指私人或團體不以營利為目的，興辦學校、圖書館、博物館、美術館、社教館、民俗館、科學館、體育埸所，及其他教育文化有關之事業。
