Enforcement Rules of the Praise and Commendation Act Article 10
For the purpose of Article 2.9 of this Act, the individuals who make special contribution to unite overseas compatriots and stimulate patriotic sentiment refer to individuals who make great contributions to the development of affairs concerning overseas compatriots and the stimulation of patriotic sentiment of overseas compatriots and the nation.
