Praise and Commendation Act Article 1
This Act is established to praise and commend individuals whose high moral values, meritorious achievements, and great thoughts contribute to the nation, encourage the public, perpetuate history, and serve as models for future generations.

為褒揚國民立德、立功、立言，貢獻國家，激勵當世，垂之史冊，昭示來茲，特制定本條例。
