Enforcement Rules of Lobbying Act Article 20
When executing the process specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Act, the government agency the lobbied party serving shall publish the lobbying items and financial statements received in the previous season on the website, government gazettes, or other publishes within 30 days after each season starts.The registration items and financial statements shall be organized and filed by case and reserved based on numbers by the government agency the lobbied party serving.

被遊說者所屬機關辦理本法第十八條第一項規定事項，應於每季開始三十日內，將前一季受理之登記事項及財務收支報表，公開於電信網路、刊登政府公報或其他出版品。
前項登記事項及財務收支報表，被遊說者所屬機關應逐案彙整列冊，編號保存。
