Enforcement Rules of Lobbying Act Article 14
Before commencing oral lobbying during the approved lobbying period, the lobbyist shall settle down the lobbying time and location with the government agency the lobbied party serving.If unable to process lobbying at the designated time and location, the lobbyist shall notify the government agency for selecting another time or to change to the written lobbying.

遊說者於核准登記之遊說期間內，以口頭方式進行遊說前，應就時間、地點，與被遊說者所屬機關洽商。
遊說者未能於約定時間、地點進行口頭遊說者，應通知被遊說者所屬機關另定日期或改以書面遊說行之。
