Lobbying Act Article 7
Foreign governments, legal persons and organizations shall commission ROC lobbyists to engage in lobbying in accordance with this Act.Foreign governments, legal persons, organizations and natural persons shall not lobby the matters related to national defense, foreign affairs and Mainland affairs concerned with national security or national secrets.
