Lobbying Act Article 17
The lobbyist shall compile a financial report detailing all financial transactions that relate to lobbying and shall file this report contemporaneously with the termination of registration application before May 31 each year.The lobbyist shall retain for five years all financial statements related to the financial report detailed in the preceding paragraph.

遊說者應將使用於遊說之財務收支情形編列報表，並於每年五月三十一日前及辦理遊說終止登記時，向被遊說者所屬機關申報。
