Act Governing the Voluntary Retirement of the First-Term Senior Congressperson Article 2
The “First-Term Senior Congressperson” herein is referred to as follows:1. Members of the National Assembly, the Legislative Yuan and the Control Yuan elected in 1947.2. Members of the National Assembly and the Legislative Yuan and the Control Yuan co-opted and by-elected in 1969.3. Members substituted in the National Assembly and the Legislative Yuan in accordance with the law.

本條例所稱第一屆資深中央民意代表，指在職之左列人員：
一、民國三十六年選舉產生之國民大會代表、立法院立法委員及監察院監察委員。
二、民國五十八年增選、補選產生之國民大會代表、立法院立法委員及監察院監察委員。
三、依法遞補之國民大會代表及立法院立法委員。
