Act for Ancestor Worship Guild Article 30
The assembly of the successors should convene at least once every year to deliberate the following:1. Stipulation and change of the organization charter2. Selection of the manager and supervisors3. Work report of the manager and supervisors4. Annual budget, final accounts, business plans and business reports.5. Disposal and pledging for the properties6. Other items related to the rights and duties of successorsThe guilds should report their meeting resolutions 30 days after their assembly and submit to the authorities concerned.

祭祀公業法人派下員大會每年至少定期召開一次，議決下列事項：
一、章程之訂定及變更。
二、選任管理人、監察人。
三、管理人、監察人之工作報告。
四、管理人所擬訂之年度預算書、決算書、業務計畫書及業務執行書。
五、財產處分及設定負擔。
六、其他與派下員權利義務有關之事項。
祭祀公業法人應將派下員大會會議紀錄於會議後三十日內，報請公所轉報直轄市、縣（市）主管機關備查。
