Political Parties Act Article 27
A political party shall have its official registration revoked if it meets any of the following conditions:1. Four consecutive years of failure to convene a representative assembly or party congress, even after a reminder with a prescribed compliance date is issued by the competent authority2. Four consecutive years of failure to comply with relevant laws and regulations governing the nomination of candidates for election to public office3. Failure to register as a legal person within one year after filing the official registration application of the political party

政黨有下列情形之一者，廢止其備案：
一、連續四年未召開黨員大會或黨員代表大會，經主管機關限期召開仍不召開。
二、連續四年未依法推薦候選人參加公職人員選舉。
三、備案後一年內未完成法人登記。
