Political Parties Act Article 12
The charter of a political party shall specify the following:1. The party name and, when applicable, the abbreviated name2. The party emblem, when applicable3. The party objectives4. The location of the main office of the party5. The organization and authorities of the party6. The conditions for member admission, resignation, discipline, dismissal, arbitration, and remedy7. The rights and obligations of party members8. The job titles, number, selection method, tenure, and grounds for dismissals of the party leader and elected personnel.9. The party congress or representative assembly by-laws, duration, and manner of proposing and adopting resolutions10. The procedures for revising the party charter11. The amount of and collection method for political party membership dues12. The sources of funding and accounting method13. All other matters pursuant to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations

政黨之章程，應載明下列事項：
一、名稱。
有簡稱者，其簡稱。
二、有標章者，其標章。
三、宗旨。
四、主事務所所在地。
五、組織及職權。
六、黨員之入黨、退黨、紀律、除名、仲裁及救濟。
七、黨員之權利及義務。
八、負責人與選任人員之職稱、名額、產生方式、任期及解任。
九、黨員大會或黨員代表大會召集之條件、期限及決議方式。
十、章程變更之程序。
十一、黨費之收取方式及數額。
十二、經費來源及會計制度。
十三、其他依法律規定應載明之事項。
