Political Donations Act Article 9
Political donations may not be contributed as a request for or in the expectation of undue benefits.Political parties, political associations and prospective candidates may not accept political donations of the nature outlined in the preceding paragraph.

政治獻金之捐贈，不得行求或期約不當利益。
前項之政治獻金，政黨、政治團體及擬參選人亦不得收受。
