Anyone who contributes political donations violating the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 9 and Paragraph 2 of Article 18 shall be fined up to a sum doubling the amount of the donations accepted.Anyone who contributes political donations violating any of the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 7, Article 14, Paragraph 1 to 4 of Article 17, or Paragraph 1 or 3 of Article 18 shall be fined up to a sum doubling the amount of the donations accepted in violation of the aforementioned provisions.

中文原文政治獻金法第29條

違反第九條第一項、第十八條第二項規定捐贈政治獻金者，按其捐贈之金額處二倍以下之罰鍰。
違反第七條第一項、第十四條、第十七條第一項至第四項、第十八條第一項、第三項規定捐贈政治獻金者，按其違反規定之捐贈金額處二倍以下之罰鍰。
