Local Government Act Article 88
This Act shall come into force starting from the date of promulgation.The articles amended on June 14, 2007, shall take effect starting Jan. 1, 2007, while the articles amended on May 12, 2009, shall take effect starting Nov. 23, 2009. Chapter 4-1 and Article 87 of this Act, both amended on Jan. 14, 2014, shall take effect at a date determined by the Executive Yuan.

本法中華民國九十六年六月十四日修正之條文，自九十六年一月一日施行；九十八年五月十二日修正之條文，自九十八年十一月二十三日施行；一百零三年一月十四日修正之第四章之一及第八十七條，其施行日期，由行政院定之。
