Local Government Act Article 8
Provincial governments shall carry out the following under the supervision of the Executive Yuan:1. Supervision of self-government matters in counties/cities.2. Administrative affairs of the provincial government.3. Other duties as prescribed by law or as commissioned by the Executive Yuan.
