Public officials Election And Recall Act Article 94
Whoever takes advantage of a campaign, electioneering, or petitioning in order to gather a mob or damage social order through insurrection shall be sentenced to a fixed term of imprisonment of not less than seven years, and the persons who plan or carry out such actions shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or a fixed term of imprisonment of not less than ten years.Any attempt to commit any offense specified in the preceding paragraph shall also be punished.
中文原文 公職人員選舉罷免法第94條
利用競選、助選或罷免機會，公然聚眾，以暴動破壞社會秩序者，處七年以上有期徒刑；首謀者，處無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
