Public officials Election And Recall Act Article 55
The discourse of candidates and their campaign staff regarding the election campaign and the discourse of the primary person who proposed a recall, the person who is subject to recall, and those assisting in recall campaign activities shall not contain any of the following:1. Incitation of others to commit the offense of sedition or the offense of treason.2. Incitation of others to destroy the social order through insurrection.3. Violation of the provisions of any other criminal laws.
中文原文 公職人員選舉罷免法第55條
候選人或為其助選之人之競選言論；提議人之領銜人、被罷免人及為罷免案助勢之人、罷免案辦事處負責人及辦事人員之罷免言論，不得有下列情事：
一、煽惑他人犯內亂罪或外患罪。
二、煽惑他人以暴動破壞社會秩序。
三、觸犯其他刑事法律規定之罪。
