National Emblem and National Flag of the Republic of China Act Article 3
The position, angle and ratio of each subparagraph of the previous article are as follows:(1) The center of the blue background circle is the center of the white sun.(2) The ratio of the radius of the white sun to the radius of the surrounding blue circle is 1:3.(3) The length from the center of the white sun to the top of a white ray with a pointed angle is twice the length of the radius of the white sun.(4) The width of the blue ring between the white sun and the 12 white rays with pointed angles is equivalent to 1/15 of the diameter of the white sun.(5) The top angle of each white ray with a pointed angle is 30 degrees, with the 12 rays totaling 360 degrees.(6) The white rays' upper, lower, left, and right sides with pointed angles shall face north, south, east, and west. The rest shall be evenly spread out.

前條各款之位置及尺度，比例如左：
一、青底圓形之圓心為白日體之圓心。
二、白日體半徑與青底圓形半徑，為一與三之比。
三、白日體圓心至白尖角光芒頂，其長度與白日體半徑，為二與一之比。
四、白日與十二道白尖角光芒間之青圈，其寬度等於白日體直徑十五分之一。
五、每道白尖角光芒之頂角為三十度，十二角為三百六十度。
六、白尖角光芒之上下左右排列，應正對北南西東方向，其餘均勻排列。
一、青底圓形之圓心為白日體之圓心。
二、白日體半徑與青底圓形半徑，為一與三之比。
三、白日體圓心至白尖角光芒頂，其長度與白日體半徑，為二與一之比。
