Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Interior Business Public Welfare Trusts Article 21
To apply for resignation in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 and Article 57 of the Act, a trust supervisor shall submit the following documents in duplicate to the competent authority:1.Letter of application;2.Explanation on the reasons for resignation;3.Report on disposal of affairs4.Suggestion on selection of the new trust supervisor.
