Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Interior Business Public Welfare Trusts Article 19
To apply for selecting a new consignee in accordance with the provisions of Article 76, Paragraph 3 of Article 36, Paragraph 2 of Article 45, and Article 46 of the Act, an interested person or a procurator shall submit the following documents in duplicate to the competent authority:1.Letter of application;2.Certification documents proving that the original consignee has been relieved from his duty or has finished thetask, or refuses to or cannot accept the trust;3.Suggestion on selection of the new consignee;4.Curriculum vita of the new consignee and letter of consent on commission.

利害關係人或檢察官依本法第七十六條、第三十六條第三項、第四十五條第二項及第四十六條規定，申請選任新受託人者，應檢具下列文件一式二份向主管機關提出：

二、原受託人職務解除、任務終了或拒絕或不能接受信託之證明文件。
三、有關新受託人選任之意見。
四、新受託人履歷書及願任同意書。
