Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Interior Business Public Welfare Trusts Article 17
To apply for dismissing a consignee according to the provision of the above article, a consignor, beneficiary, or trust supervisor shall submit the following documents in duplicate to the competent authority:1.Letter of application;2.Explanation on the reasons for applying for dismissal;3.Suggestion on selection of the new consignee.
